Major Drug Bust in Jammu: 30 Kilograms of Cocaine Worth Rs 300 Crores Seized

In a major drug bust on September 30th, a vehicle was intercepted by Ramban police at Railway Chowk Banihal, resulting in the recovery of approximately 30 kilograms of cocaine with an estimated international black market value of Rs 300 crores. Two individuals have been apprehended in connection with the incident, and a case has been registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and other relevant sections at PS Banihal.

The announcement of this successful drug bust was made by ADGP Jammu, Mukesh Singh, who also stressed the seriousness of the situation and the significance of such operations in battling the drug problem.
